General rules

1. Using of this web-site and services and software related to it involves the acceptance of the terms and conditions of regulations and privacy policy available on the web-site.
2. The user cannot use this web-site and its services without accepting the regulations.
3. In case of any judgment by any competent court on invalidity of selected provisions of these regulations, the regulations remain in force not losing their integrity.
4. Any laws, contained in the regulations, constituting rules existing between the user and this web-site are subject to an exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.
5. The Administrator of this web-site reserves the right to amend the Regulations. The user, who does not agree with the Regulations after their possible amendments, is obliged to cease to use the Services. Using of this web-site by the user after 24 hours since the moment of Regulations’ update shall be deemed as their acceptance.
6. The operation of form requires enabling cookies. They are small pieces of information recorded on the user''s computer. In that moment, for the purposes of the web-site, recorded are the session’s ID.
7. In order to protect his or her privacy, the user should not reveal his or her personal details and other data which could be used to his or her disadvantage.

Terms and conditions of using web-site

2. The user undertakes not to act to the detriment of the Administrator, users and other third party.
3. The user undertakes not to act to the disadvantage of web-site by using any other software not intended for web browsing.
4. The user undertakes not to use software allowing access to the site in any other way than a usual browsing in a web browser, in particular not to send too many queries than it is foreseen by server''s software during a standard usage.
5. The user acknowledges that services of web-site can be changed, suspended or cut off without  giving notice to the user.
6. The user confirms that he or she shall be held solely responsible for the violation of regulations and other rules of law in force in his or her country.
7. The Administrator of this web-site is not held responsible for transferred contents, in particular in the scope conducted conversations and images available in the Service. At the same time, the user acknowledges that he or she may be exposed to contents insulting him or her and contents unacceptable in any other way.
8. The user undertakes not to introduce contents violating law or personal rights of third party.

 

Responsibility

1. The Administrator is not held responsible for the user’s financial losses, losses of his or her reputation, losses of data and other losses caused by using of this web-site not in accordance with its purposes.
2. The Administrator is not held responsible for the user’s losses resulting from the damage or removal of any contents placed by the User.
3. The user is held fully responsible for placed contents and for a possible violation of rights of third party.
4. The user is held responsible for losses of the Administrator which could occur as a result of contents placed by the User.
5. The user acknowledges that web-site, just as the majority of web applications, can be susceptible to various criminal activities and activities with an unfavourable influence on the system’s operation, for which the Administrator of web-site is not held responsible.

 

Exclusion of guarantee

The user approves that Administrator does not grant any guarantee for the web-site’s operation, above all relating to matters connected with a continuous, safe, fail-safe operation of the web-site and activities which can result from insufficiently protected system.  Therefore, the user accepts that the web-site can operate in a way which is not wished for by the User. The user also acknowledges that the web-site’s functionality suits him or her and that the operation of the web-site''s elements may not be changed despite the possibility of software’s defects.

 

Rules for users living outside of Poland

The user agrees for the data to be transferred and processed in Poland. The user agrees for fetching the computer’s IP addresses for statistical and commercial purposes. Under the Polish law, the IP address is not a personal data, so Administrator is not bound by applicable regulations on storage of personal data.

 

Contents

The user of web-site undertakes not to:
- introduce any contents violating Polish or international laws
- introduce contents offending the dignity or personal rights of a third party
- introduce contents to which he or she does not have rights or consent required by law, in particular copyrights and rights to use an image
- send illegal information, offensive information, especially of racial, ethnic, religious kind, and information discriminating in any other way
- intimidate, harass, defame or in any other negative way influence a person or a group of persons
- transfer information which infringes copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other property rights of third party
- place pornographic contents, including links to such contents
- transfer information which violates the right of third party to protect their privacy
- act to the disadvantage of Administrator by way of actions intending to disturb the server’s operation
- copy any part of the web-site, both graphics and codes of the site (excluding software under the MIT license, GPL and other free software)
- join web-site functionality with other software
- send advertisements and promotional materials

Any contents placed on the web-site, both main contents of web-site and contents placed by users can include links to other external addresses with contents not belonging to Administrator. The user acknowledges that Administrator is not held responsible for any actions or contents of other resources, not belonging to this web-site.

Any contents placed on the web-site, including graphics and codes of the web-site belong to the Administrator and they constitute as a whole and separately the property of the Administrator protected by copyright (excluding software under the MIT license, GPL and other free software). Copying, displaying in ‘iframe’, or in any other way, of web-site or its part, is forbidden without the Administrator’s consent. The user confirms that Administrator shall not be held responsible for any actions connected with web-sites not belonging to this web-site.
